We are recruiting participants who have little experience with surface electromyography (sEMG) to participate in a research study on telerobot performance (HIRB00011569). Participants will use a custom telerobot to perform an object manipulation task in a virtual environment. Your participation is entirely voluntary and would involve one approximately 60- to 90-minute session on the Homewood campus. Participants who complete the study will be compensated at a rate of $10/hour with an Amazon gift card.

Eligibility criteria
- Adult (over 18 years of age)
- English-speaking
- Normal upper-limb and hand function .
- Right hand dominant [left hand dominant] (Note: will be specified at the time of recruitment)
- Normal or corrected-to-normal close-range vision
