TimesheetX is set to begin its' first wave of implementation at the School of Education and Peabody on Monday, February 28th. TimesheetX will eventually be the first university-wide platform that will streamline the way student employees enter their time and where hiring managers can approve the time for pay.
TimesheetX is the collaborative effort of both The Office of Integrative Learning and Life Design as well as University Experiential Learning, formerly known as the Student Employment Services Department and co-leading the charge of launching and troubleshooting TimesheetX over the course of the next few months. Students and hiring managers involved at the first stage of implementation at Peabody and School of Education should have already received a series of communications with links to log into the platform and verify their employment information is correct, as well as training materials to walk through TimesheetX and how to enter/approve time for both student workers and hiring managers, respectively.
