Sign-up is now open for Hopkins Symphony Orchestra's Concerto Competition

The HSO Concerto Competition provides an opportunity for JHU students to further their musical studies, gain experience in preparing and auditioning for professional musicians, and receive public recognition for their work. The competition is open to all JHU students not majoring in music. Founded by HSO orchestra member Hernan del Aguila (JHU '08), with support from a JHU Arts Innovation Grant, the competition is now a biannual event.

Online applications are open and will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 17. If you have questions or need to submit a repertoire approval email, contact the HSO office at hso@jhu.edu. More information can be found on the Concerto Competition page of the Hopkins Symphony Orchestra webslte.
