Topical tretinoin is often prescribed for photoaging in lighter-skin types. We would like to understand the effects of tretinoin on darker-skin types. African American healthy adult participants can join the study. The study involves four study visits in three weeks, photography, topical tretinoin application, and two skin biopsies. Compensation is $100 upon completion of the study.
