Brighten the holidays for families, seniors in need

Each year, the Johns Hopkins Office of Economic Development works with local nonprofit and social service agencies to help brighten the holidays for families and seniors in need in the Baltimore community. This holiday season Johns Hopkins is partnering with the Family Recovery Program, Coldstream Recreation Center, Family and C, Harvey Johnson Towers, Furman L. Templeton Preparatory Academy, and Project PLASE. All faculty and staff are encouraged to participate as a department, or individually, to provide gifts, clothing, and grocery gift cards for those in need.

Registration for the Adopt-a-Family/Adopt-a-Senior Program will open Nov. 2. Details and registration will be available here. After submitting the completed registration form, you will be matched with a family or senior and will be sent their wish list.

You will be asked to drop off your wrapped gifts at Johns Hopkins at Eastern on a designated day during the week of Dec. 13.
