Saying goodbye to spam emails

Effective June 23, the Messaging team at Johns Hopkins Medicine will start leveraging the Exchange Online Protection Services provided by Microsoft.

What does that mean? Microsoft's tool will help us in our ongoing security initiatives by adding a second layer of protection to our current spam filters. Emails that are tagged as Spam will now automatically go to your Junk Email folder. Please note, we are not deleting or moving any existing emails during this process.

We recommend you continue to monitor that folder as needed and review the Junk Email Reference Guide for assistance.
