A group of researchers from JHSPH have formed a nationwide study to learn more about COVID-19 symptoms. You may be eligible to participate if you:
- are at least 18 years old
- live in the United States
- have either tested positive for COVID-19 or experienced COVID-19 symptoms
Participation includes a one-time, online survey that takes 10–15 minutes to complete. Visit this link to learn more about the study and to take the survey.
