Need a posture tuneup? Whether you are sitting or standing all day, proper alignment is key for your musculoskeletal health and your overall well-being. Join us for the two remaining 30-minute sessions on the first Wednesday of May and June. Take both classes or drop in when you can—you only need to register once.
