May is Mental Health Month—promoted every year by Mental Health America, a leading community-based nonprofit organization. This year's theme, Tools 2Thrive, focuses on the practical tools that everyone can use to improve their mental health and increase resiliency, regardless of the situations they are dealing with.
With access to Calm, you already have a tool in pocket to build resilience! In celebration of this month, we'll be partnering with Calm to bring Mindful Mondays to Johns Hopkins. Together, we'll start each week with a Calm session that aligns with Mental Health America's recommended tools, such as having awareness or practicing self-care.
To kick the series off, Calm will be hosting the first Mindful Monday on May 3. Join us at one of the times below.
- Monday, May 3, at 11 a.m. EDT / 8 a.m. PDT
- Monday, May 3, at 3 p.m. EDT / noon PDT
You can RSVP here.
