Break up with fast fashion

Fast fashion: Love the affordability and abundance of trendy clothes but hate their impacts on people and the planet? Come chat with us about breaking up with fast fashion!

Johns Hopkins University's Homewood Recycling and Princeton University's Mend are hosting a watch party and roundtable discussion! We will learn about the impacts of fast fashion and think about steps we can take to make our wardrobes more sustainable. JHU student founders of the sustainable fashion brand Taara Projects will be talking with us about their coming launches and philosophy. This event is open to all, and college and high school students are especially encouraged to attend!

When: April 19 from 6 to 7 p.m.
Where: Zoom—you must register to receive the link.
Who: The event is open to everyone.
