We are JHSPH students currently taking a health communication programs course at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. As part of this class, we have developed and are administering a survey on COVID-safe socializing behavior among the Johns Hopkins undergraduate community. We are conducting this survey to help us design an information campaign that will meet the needs of students and help them maintain personal safety as the COVID pandemic evolves.
The survey will take up to 10 minutes to complete. Participants completing the online survey will be provided an opt-in option at the end of the survey to enter a raffle for a $10 gift certificate. This information is being collected for class purposes only; it will not be shared with the university administration or with anybody outside the project team.
