A research team in the School of Education, led by Michael Tan, is conducting a study on the experience of East Asian international students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study is titled "Examining the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on East Asian international students in the United States" (Institutional Review Board reference number: HIRB00011837; PI: Yiying Xiong). The study team is recruiting eligible participants for a 60-minute interview to talk about the challenges, feelings and thoughts, coping strategies, and support during the COVID-19 pandemic. The interview will be audio-recorded but will be kept confidential by the study team. The goal is to include 12-15 participants in this study. Eligible participants will receive a $10 Amazon gift card for completing the full interview.
