Start the new year moving, with an array of free JHU wellness classes that can supplement your wellness routine or jump-start a new one.
JHU Wellness Programs is transitioning from its monthly class model back to winter, spring, summer, and fall class sessions that will last from eight to 10 weeks. For the 2021 winter session, Zumba will be back, alongside new offerings such as Core Express, Insanity (high-intensity dance fitness), Yoga Sculpt, and a mindfulness class.
