Do you have wrinkles?

This study investigates the expression of keratins before and after application of sulforaphane (broccoli extract) to the skin. The purpose of the study is to determine whether these findings alter skin fragility seen in skin aging as well as in ultraviolet light/visible light exposure. Skin samples are taken from photoprotected and photodamaged skin, before and after application of sulforaphane.

Participants must be age 18 or older with moderate to severe wrinkles.

Participation involves topical application of sulforaphane (broccoli extract), photographs, and skin biopsies. Compensation for time and travel available up to $200.
