Workshops are designed to address common concerns and help students develop skills that can enhance their well-being and reduce their stress. Topics may include stress management, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and coping with stress and mental health. A full listing of workshops can be found on the Counseling Center website.
Workshops are offered free to all JHU students; they do not need to be clients at the Counseling Center to participate. Due to the ongoing pandemic, workshops will be held online through Zoom. These workshops will share information about mental health and wellness, but they are not a substitute for mental health treatment.
