Discover the healing aspect of unleashing your creativity through writing, improv, drawing, music, self-exploration, and a guided encounter with your own imagination. This interactive workshop is inspired by Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way. The course will be a combination of lectures that explore artists who have turned to creativity in times of trauma (i.e., Frida Kahlo, Roald Dahl, Maya Angelou) and interactive experiences with the group. Allow yourself to uncover your potential!
