This listening session is designed to provide an opportunity to engage employees who are parents and offer a forum to hear their concerns and issues associated with childcare, virtual learning, disability support, and mental health and wellness. This session will give information about how Johns Hopkins may help employees during this time through the resources and supports it currently offers. COVID-19 has affected families and children's ability to go to school, learn and socialize. In efforts to support and empower Johns Hopkins parents, the listening session will offer a forum to hear from parents and learn how Johns Hopkins may support them during this time.
