Critical coping drop-in group

In the midst of mass traumas and loss, high anxiety, and increasing uncertainty about the future, it becomes especially important to learn a variety of skills and tools to cope with the challenges of the moment. This drop-in group will provide education and an opportunity to practice a different skill each week, drawn from key components of trauma symptom management. Skills taught in this group can assist in disturbances related to anxiety, mood issues, sleep, and trauma, and promote general well-being.

The group meets weekly, from 5:30 to 5:55 p.m. on Mondays, starting Sept. 14 (no meeting Sept. 28).

Participate in all eight sessions, come when you can, or pick and choose which sessions would be most helpful to you.

Registration is required to get the Zoom link; sign-up information is accessible here.
