Share your feedback on the Hopkins Student Center design

In March 2019, JHU President Ronald J. Daniels announced the university's intent to move forward with plans for the Hopkins Student Center, a building that would be a welcoming destination to congregate and socialize and that fosters a sense of campus community. President Daniels defined the new Hopkins Student Center as a "home to all Hopkins students tailored to their needs and shaped by their input." This kick-off launched a series of engagements with students, faculty, and staff to develop the program elements for the project. Now the HSC is one of several capital projects that will move forward in fiscal year 2021 because they are supported by donor and/or sponsored funds.

A design competition was launched in January 2020 to select a design architect for the project. The four teams selected for the competition have recently completed their design presentations and have prepared summary presentations to share with the Hopkins community. Please check your email: Individual invitations to review the presentations were sent to students, faculty, and staff on Friday, June 19. The survey will be available until Thursday, June 25 and should take about 10 minutes to complete.

More information about the project and a form for general feedback are on the Student Affairs website.
