What is in your wellness toolbox? In addition to tools like good nutrition, sleep and exercise, having a spiritual practice can be supportive in maintaining health and well-being. Maintaining, reengaging, or starting a spiritual practice can be particularly supportive during times of crisis.
On June 18, from noon to 1 p.m., join fellow employees in a conversation about how your spiritual practices are supporting you through these challenging times. This conversation will be facilitated by the Rev. Dr. Paula Teague, senior director of Spiritual Care and Chaplaincy at Bayview Medical Center.
