Blast Courses are five-week online humanities courses that will be taught by graduate students and offered free this summer to students of all ages and experience levels. The program is supported by the Alexander Grass Humanities Institute. Graduate students across the humanities are eligible to apply to teach one course, which meets twice weekly, from early July to mid-August, for a total of two hours of recording time per week. Interdisciplinary and cross-media courses are welcome. Compensation for instructors is $1,250 for a five-week course. Application deadline is June 12.
