At a time when being well feels more important than ever WW (formerly Weight Watchers) presents Oprah's Your Life in Focus: A Vision Forward, a live virtual experience.
Produced by WW, this event will include free, interactive, virtual experiences hosted live on four consecutive Saturdays from May 16 to June 6 starting at 11 a.m. The 90-minute digital event will focus on inspiring you to reclaim your path to wellness in the face of unprecedented change. Throughout the four weeks, Oprah will share lessons that are carrying her through this moment and lead you through interactive workbook exercises to help you find ways to be well, even in these challenging times. The weekly event will also feature Oprah live in conversation with attendees across the globe, stories of transformation, at-home wellness experiences, and talks with headline makers and thought leaders at the forefront of wellness who will show you what it means to live stronger, healthier, more connected lives.
The Saturday series will explore the following themes:

- May 23: Connect—Relationships in a time of social distancing
- May 30: Adapt—Tools to build your strongest self
