Spring wellness classes

Registration is open for the next four-week session of virtual wellness classes, which begins May 4. Classes are being offered in Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning, Zumba, Meditation, and Yoga. This is the perfect time to try out a new class such as Chair Yoga, Yoga Somatics, or Strong Nation.

Benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and bargaining unit employees can choose an unlimited number of classes for the month for a flat fee of $20 that will be payroll-deducted (payment cannot be made by cash, check, or credit card). You will not be charged $20 per class.
