During this challenging time, it's easy to get overwhelmed with less-than-great news. Let's work together to spread more good news at the start of a brand new week! The Lerner Center for Public Health Promotion invites you to contribute to the #GoodNewsMonday series, to be featured in the Lerner Center's Healthy Monday Newsletter and on its website.
Here are just a few ideas for news you can share:
- Tell a quick story about the ways you or a loved one's health has improved. Maybe you have found new ways to de-stress or are cooking more with family.
- When you do your next Monday Mile alone or with your housemates, send us a Monday Mile selfie along with a fun fact about your Monday Mile, like your favorite walking route or your favorite walking playlist. #MondayMile
- Find a positive news article and write a few sentences on how it impacted you.
