The U.S. Treasury Department and the Comptroller of Maryland have extended the 2019 income tax return deadline by three months, from April 15 to July 15.
If you owe taxes with your return, you do not need to pay before July 15. However, you do not need to wait to file your returns—they can be filed at any time.
