There will be a crane on St. Paul Street in front of Bradford Apartments from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22. If needed, the alternate date due to weather will be Saturday, Feb. 29, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. The crane is removing old elevator equipment from the Bradford Apartments, and the main entrance into Bradford will be closed. The south entrance from 33rd Street will be open. Allied Universal Security guards will be monitoring and directing pedestrian traffic. Flag personnel will direct vehicle traffic.
