Charm City Science League, a student organization at Johns Hopkins University, will be hosting the first Science Olympiad invitational tournament for middle schools across Baltimore City and Maryland on Saturday, Feb. 8. Charm City Science League is dedicated to promoting STEM education in Baltimore City schools by preparing students for Science Olympiad competitions. Every week, members go to Science Olympiad sessions in Baltimore City schools to mentor students and help prepare them for competition. Thirty schools will be competing in a variety of events exploring different STEM fields, from biology to engineering.
