Submit nominations for the Provost's Postdoctoral Fellowship through Jan. 27

The Provost's Postdoctoral Fellowship Program is seeking the next cohort of scholars to receive financial support, mentoring, and professional development opportunities as they prepare for future faculty positions.

Johns Hopkins faculty members now have more time to submit nominations of outstanding scholars to FacultyAffairs@jhu.edu. The deadline has been extended through Monday, Jan. 27.

The fellowship program, which is part of the Faculty Diversity Initiative, was developed in 2015 to locate, promote, and nurture the work of outstanding early career postdoctoral scholars at Johns Hopkins University. A successful nominee will be someone with diverse life experiences and background who has potential for a tenure-track faculty appointment at Johns Hopkins or another institution. Nominations are welcome from any area of study, and priority consideration will be given to nominees in fields where there are fewer women or underrepresented minorities and to individuals whose funding has been exhausted.

Details about requirements and application materials are on the Faculty Affairs website. If you have questions, contact the Provost's Office at FacultyAffairs@jhu.edu.
