Healthy individuals between the ages of 18 and 80 are needed to participate in a research study. Participation involves measuring scalp EEG during the presentation of a painful stimulus. The stimulus may be from heating or cooling of a metal surface or shining of a controlled laser on the skin.

Eligible participants will be compensated for their time and effort.
