The Cannes Film Festival is the world's most prestigious and publicized film festival with admission by "invitation only" for film industry professionals. This program, which combines an on-campus course with a workshop abroad, will offer students three Hopkins credits and access to the festival's official selections, noncompetitive programs, sidebar festival, tributes, master classes, and director's showcases. Taught by Laura Mason, a senior lecturer in the Department of History and in the Program in Film and Media Studies.
