Many thanks to all the United Way reps across the divisions for their help in spreading the word about United Way over the last few months. We still have a way to go to meet our collective goal, but one of our biggest events is at the end of this week!
Basket Bingo is this Friday, Dec. 6, in the Glass Pavilion—doors open at 11 a.m.; program and games follow from noon to 2 p.m. Good laughs and fun are guaranteed.
Fast Pass tickets are still on sale this week.
For $20, your fast pass ticket gets you 15 games of Bingo, 2 raffle tickets, and a free lunch! Make sure to get tickets ahead of time, but they will be sold at the door for $25. Seats are limited, and we tend to sell out, so order soon.
You can purchase your fast pass tickets and 50/50 raffle tickets from the Rec Center, the JCard Office (Wyman 171), Scheduling & Events (Levering Hall), or the Student Life Office (Mattin 210). Cash only please.
Each Bingo game winner will receive a fabulous prize basket—themed baskets include baking, movie and date nights, local goods, a Keurig, and plenty of other surprises!
A 50/50 raffle and additional raffle prizes will also be available at the event, and while we don't want to give them all away, know that one of our big ones is 4 tickets to the Dec.12 Ravens v. Jets game! (You do not need to be present to win the raffles, so you can buy those tickets ahead of time if you can't be there.)
We are in need of some volunteers to ensure we have a successful event. If you can spare some time and were planning to be there anyway, please consider signing up for a shift on the United Way Bingo webpage.
