Make certain that the addresses of your permanent residence and work physical location are accurate on your master employee file in SAP. This includes people who are telecommuting or working remotely.
Tax season is soon upon us. To ensure that the proper state and/or county taxes are being deducted from your pay, go to myJH and review your pay advice in Employee Self Service (ESS). As your employer, we are responsible for notifying you of important federal, state, or local regulations based on where you reside or work. For compliance purposes, your work physical location in SAP must be current and accurate.
To update your permanent residence address and/or your physical work location in SAP, contact your department administrator or school HR or email Central HR Business Services at HRBusinessServices@jhu.edu.
