There will be a crane on 34th Street from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30. PLEASE NOTE this correction to the date in the Today's Announcements email of Nov. 27.
If needed because of weather, the alternate date will be 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7. The crane is lifting new elevator equipment for Wolman and McCoy halls. 34th Street will be closed between Charles and St. Paul streets with no access to the sidewalks and no parking allowed. Signs will be posted. The main entrances from 34th Street into Wolman and McCoy halls will be closed. Please use the east entrances, from St. Paul Street, to enter Wolman and McCoy.
Allied Universal Security guards will monitor and direct pedestrian traffic. Flag personnel will direct vehicle traffic. More information is on the JH Facilities and Real Estate website.
