This study addresses problems like skin breakdown in patients with amputations and prostheses.
Study volunteers must meet the following criteria:
- Be age 18 or older
- Have below the knee amputation
- Can come in for multiple visits for as few as six months
Visits include:
- 1 blood draw
- 1 skin biopsy
- Up to 6 skin injections
Compensation for time and travel available up to $500.
