Seeking participants for research study on genetics and mental health

Researchers are looking for participants with African ancestry without a history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression for a study that consists of a blood draw and brief interview. Payment is provided for participation in the study.

This study seeks to explore genetic factors involved in mental health. By increasing the diversity of the pool of subjects, the researchers can come to more exact conclusions that apply to a broader range of people. Your participation will help further scientific knowledge and increase racial representation in research studies.
