Friday, Nov. 1, is the last day you will be able to make your benefits elections for 2020.
If you do not enroll, your current elections will carry over into the new plan year at the new rates except for your Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and United Concordia Dental HMO.
If you are currently enrolled in United Concordia and do not make an active dental election for next year, you will automatically be covered under the Delta Dental Standard Plan (no orthodontia coverage) for 2020.
The enrollment site, which is supported by Internet Explorer, is accessible through the myChoices Annual Enrollment tab on the Benefits & Worklife website.
You must click "I Accept" when finished for your annual enrollment elections to be processed. Changes can be made through Nov. 1. The latest submission of elections will become your benefits choices, effective Jan. 1, 2020. Be sure to print a copy of your online confirmation for your records.
