Registration open for fall wellness sessions

Take advantage of the wellness programs and discounts that are available to JHU employees. Register today for new sessions of Yoga, Meditation, Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning & Conditioning, and Zumba starting this month.

The Office of Benefits & Worklife sponsors wellness programs for benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and bargaining unit members. Since the Benefits Office subsidizes 50% of the cost, participants take courses at a 50% discounted rate.

Classes on the Homewood campus include Yoga, Meditation, Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning & Conditioning, and Zumba. The East Baltimore campus offers Zumba and Yoga. Yoga is also offered at the Carey and Keswick campuses, as well as at 700 East Pratt (formerly known as the Candler Building). Muscle Toning & Conditioning is offered at White Marsh. These classes are open to all skill levels.
