Heavy traffic expected in downtown Baltimore on Thursday afternoon

Motorists traveling in the area of Baltimore's downtown should be prepared for possible congestion and delays on Thursday between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

President Trump is expected to speak around dinnertime to Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives, who are holding a retreat at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Harbor East. The White House has not released any information about the specific timing of Trump's visit or which roads might be affected.

Additionally, the Baltimore Orioles are scheduled to host the Los Angeles Dodgers at 7:15 p.m. at Camden Yards.
