Free Week (for Group Fitness & Well-being classes) is Aug. 29 to Sept. 8. All students and Rec members may participate in the classes (including F45!) without a class pass until Sept. 9. Try Zumba, Spinning, boxing, yoga, and more! All classes have a maximum capacity, so download the JH Rec app to reserve your spot in class 24 hours in advance!
