Researchers are looking for volunteers to participate in EMPower, a research study examining how body weight, heart size, and blood pressure respond to lifestyle education and coaching on Instagram.
Learn how to make healthier eating choices and move more throughout the day! This study involves two visits, lasting about two hours each, to the Johns Hopkins Children's Center. Eligible teens and young adults will receive $100 in cash per visit after enrolling ($200 total), plus the chance to win a Nintendo Switch and additional prizes.
The EMPower study is actively enrolling individuals who:
- Are 13-21 years old
- Have extra weight
- Have a smartphone with data plan
