The School of Education is now accepting applications for its seed grant program under the new Safe Schools Initiative. The primary purpose of the program is to provide funding to well-designed research proposals related to safe schools in the following three areas: Health and Wellness, School & Community Engagement, and School Security & Technology. Priority will be given to multidisciplinary projects that have a high likelihood of obtaining future sponsored funding. These awards are jointly supported by the School of Education and the Johns Hopkins Center for Adolescent Health and the Risks to Adolescent Health focal area of the Bloomberg American Health Initiative.
Mandatory notification of intent to apply is due April 22, and full proposals are due May 13.
