Fall 2019 organization scheduling period

The 2019 fall scheduling period for all registered student organization weekly meetings and up to 5 special events will begin April 15, 2019. Any requests submitted before April 15th for the fall semester will not be accepted or processed and will need to be resubmitted. Requests submitted during scheduling period will receive scheduling priority over other fall requests. Beginning April 15, please complete the regular online scheduling form to schedule your organization's fall events.

Please note: scheduling a space and registering your event in Hopkins Groups are two separate online form submissions through two separate offices. We recommend you register your event in Hopkins Groups and submit your space request with Scheduling & Events simultaneously. However, both requests must be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to your event date.
