The 1st annual Diversity & Inclusion Poster Session is happening, and all JHU students are invited to submit abstracts and posters for presentation at the Johns Hopkins Diversity Awards Ceremony in May 2019. The accepted submissions will be displayed at the ceremony, and the authors of the best posters will receive awards for their contributions. Students will be awarded three cash prizes of up to $500.
Suggested topics include: anti-Muslim sentiment, dismantling institutional racism, racial and religious diversity, Latinx inclusion, accessibility, gender equity in STEM, gender gap in higher ed, LGBTQ issues, community engagement, immigrant populations.
