2019 fall scheduling period for all registered student organization weekly meetings and up to 5 special events will begin April 15, 2019. Any requests submitted before April 15th for fall semester will not be accepted or processed and will need to be resubmitted. Requests submitted during scheduling period will receive scheduling priority over other fall requests. Beginning April 15, please complete the regular on-line scheduling form to schedule your organization's fall events.

Please note scheduling a space and registering events in Hopkins Groups are two separate on-line form submissions through two separate offices. Register events in Hopkins Group AND submit space request with Scheduling & Events simultaneously. However, both requests must be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to the event date.
