Global Medical Brigades is offering an excellent opportunity to engage in impactful community service. Students will assist local volunteers and doctors in underserved Honduran communities to conduct a medical and dental clinic. Students will also get a chance to shadow doctors and form connections with local families and patients. Global Brigades has sustainably raised more than 15 communities out of poverty by following the UN's sustainable development model. With the sole help of volunteers, Global Brigades continues to raise this number. Global Brigades does not support voluntourism or paternalism. Join Global Brigades on the trip this May and contribute to a sustainable solution to poverty.
