Comments welcome on new personal relationships policy

Johns Hopkins University has been developing a Personal Relationships Policy that will provide guidance on how to avoid conflicts of interest; potential negative impacts on both the integrity of student-teacher relationships and the workplace climate; and potential personal, academic, or professional harm to the individuals themselves. The policy was shaped with input from the Johns Hopkins community. Now, JHU leadership is inviting all students, faculty, and staff to offer feedback on the draft that has been posted on the university's policy and document library website. This comment portal will remain open until March 15. The Office of the Provost will also accept requests (email provost@jhu.edu) to speak to university groups about the draft policy.
