Connecting Green: Sustainability Panel and Networking Session

Come to the annual Connecting Green Sustainability Panel and Networking Session.

In 2011, a report by the Bureau of Labor Statistics found that the green job industry is the fastest growing industry in the nation. In hopes of helping students enter this rapidly expanding job market, Connecting Green brings together students and employers from the green sector to foster long-lasting working relationships.

The event will consist of two, one-hour sessions from 6-8pm on February 13: a panel and a networking session. The event will take place at the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus.

6:00-7:00pm: Panel Listen to professionals working in the green field discuss their personal experiences and answer students' questions.

7:00-8:00pm: Networking Session Speak with networkers from a diverse array of sustainable organizations about internships and job opportunities in the rapidly expanding green job market. While you network, enjoy a free, locally-sourced dinner catered by Zia's Café.

This event was organized with support from the JHU Career Center and the Office of Sustainability.
