Each class session focuses on a different topic:
- An overview of the city and its place in the literary imagination
- Off the beaten path: Neighborhoods to visit and places to stay
- Food: Finding and savoring a diverse cuisine
- Art and music
- Excursions outside the city
- Festivals
The last class also includes "planning your trip," with tips and information on how to use popular travel websites and restaurant apps.
