Papers wanted for the Johns Hopkins Annual Public Health in Asia x American World Health Organization(AMWHO) Symposium

The Symposium is a collaborative event held by Johns Hopkins East Asian Studies Department's Public Health Symposium Club and Johns Hopkins American World Health Organization(JH_AMWHO). The Symposium's goal is to provide a platform for both undergraduate and graduate students to present their research, expose themselves to the research of others, and receive feedback from professionals and peers.

The theme for this year's symposium is called Advancing Equity, Driving Innovation. This symposium seeks to bring forth a holistic view of the current global public health status and the innovative approaches done to bring forth greater health equity. Topics of interests include but are not limited to: aging population, emerging epidemics, climate change, environmental pollution, rapid industrialization, adverse health behaviors, and mental health.

Submission of full papers, working papers, and posters are welcome from students interested in the aforementioned topics. Proposals should include the paper title, the author's contact information, and an abstract of 200-250 words.

The deadline for proposal submission is January 31, 2019.
