Registration still open for winter wellness classes

Make those New Year's resolutions a reality! The winter round of wellness offerings got underway this month, and many classes still have openings. Classes offered are Zumba, Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Muscle Toning & Conditioning, and Cardio Fusion. You are encouraged to register as soon as you can. Participating in a wellness class can help you reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve overall health. And the Benefits Office subsidizes half the cost, so you're getting a 50 percent discounted rate.
